TABLE D’HOTE – EVENING MEALS

Clients can book evening meals and benefit from our half board rates. Dinners are prepared with the best local produce and organic food is used whenever possible.

Evening meals are available if booked in advance:
28 euros per adult
16 euros per child (under 12).

Gastronomic dishes prepared by Christophe, a former restaurant owner.

Here are a few sample dishes:

Home-made foie gras served with a grape and fig sauce.
Home-made foie gras ravioli.
Asperagus pastry.

Traditional leg of duck (confit de canard) in a peach sauce.
Duck breast with cranberries.
Pike-perch in a butter and wine sauce (beurre blanc).

Desserts:

Chocolate and caramel dessert.
Soufflé with Grand Marnier.
Fruit tart (made with fruit in season).
